Why the guest limit?:
The 15 guest limit is based on what we can comfortably accommodate in the party area. Additional guests (over 15) will be $15 ea. with an absolute limit of 20. It is very important to us at the Bowlaway to provide a quality party experience to all of our birthday guests.
Will four lanes be enough? / Can we get extra lanes? / Can we book the whole place?:
Yes, No, and No. Once again this is a function of providing a quality experience to all of our customers. Our facility is small and the four lanes assigned to your party correlates well with the number of people who can be comfortably seated in the party area.
Can we bring our own cake? Does the cake contain XYZ allergen?
You are certainly welcome to bring in your own cake. The Ice Cream Cake is provided as part of the standard party package. Some parents elect to bring it home or to use it as ice cream for the party. Our cakes are provided by Coldstone Creamery and may contain traces of peanut or tree nut. The cakes are chocolate cake with white ice cream and are not available in custom styles of flavors.
Can we bring our own food?
Snacks yes, prepared foods no.
How do we privide the playlist? When do you need it? What types of songs will you play?
You can provide the playlist via e-mail to info@needhambowl.com up to three days prior to your party. We need some time to vet the songs for appropriate content and language. In terms of song type we only require that they fill the totally arbitrary criteria of "fun" and "appropriate". We also ask that the list include no more than 3 songs by any one artist.
